One. Of. A. Kind! I handmade these crystals from reclaimed exotic wood cut offs discarded from other woodworkers' projects. Each piece is sanded to silky smooth perfection and finished with an everything friendly oil (food safe! child safe! fume safe!).

Bocote is the exotic wood featured in the beautiful statement piece. It comes in a range of light coloring with almost black grain lines. Its contrast is fantastic. The wood is from Mexico and throughout South/Central America. It is not a threatened wood species and popular for high end exotic furniture because of the highly varied grain. [Fun Fact: "Exotic" wood simply refers to a non-North American species in most cases.] Also fun, when being worked, Bocote has a dill pickle smell! Quite interesting when it takes you by surprise!

The beads featured are a glass with a milky texture orbited with black stripes and light blue dabbing around their equator. Nice and heavy gunmetal circles are at each end and separating the beads and wood letting each breathe and have a moment. The chain is gunmetal plated brass with an adjustable length toggle clasp allowing 3 stops, shortest at 18.75" and longest at 20".

**Chain can be lengthened or shortened by request. Just add a note when purchasing.
